Senate OKs 6 Judges For 2nd Circ., 4th Circ., Others

Law360 (December 20, 2010, 12:54 PM EST) -- The U.S. Senate has confirmed a slate of judicial nominees, including a federal prosecutor for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, a state court judge for the Fourth Circuit and appointees for federal courts in Illinois, Mississippi, Maryland and Hawaii.

The Senate unanimously approved federal prosecutor Raymond J. Lohier for the Second Circuit on Sunday and Albert Diaz, a judge on the North Carolina Superior Court, for the Fourth Circuit on Saturday.
