Brooks Kushman Head Hit With Sexual Harassment Suit

Law360, New York (December 20, 2010, 6:03 PM EST) -- A former associate has accused Brooks Kushman PC and firm president Mark A. Cantor of sexually harassing her, slashing her salary and eventually firing her after she refused his advances.

Ann Marie Stinnett sued Cantor and the firm Sunday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan under a slew of employment laws, accusing Cantor of a pattern of sexual harassment and gender discrimination dating back to 1994.
