Partners Split Over Profits From Check-Imaging Venture

Law360 (December 20, 2010, 3:19 PM EST) -- The founder of Bosch Technical Services LLC has launched a lawsuit against a former friend and business partner over check-imaging technology the pair marketed and sold for nearly a decade, alleging fraud, breach of contract and copyright infringement, among other claims.

Steven Bosch filed the action against Stephen E. Jara of Jara Diversified Services on Sunday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland after their business and personal relationship dissolved over a disputed profit-sharing agreement.
