NLRB Aims To Require Right-To-Unionize Notice

Law360, New York (December 21, 2010, 4:23 PM EST) -- The National Labor Relations Board proposed a rule Tuesday that would require employers to post notices apprising workers of their right to unionize, marking the first time the board has invoked its rulemaking authority since 2004.

The NLRB's notice of proposed rulemaking will run in the Federal Register on Wednesday, which will trigger a 60-day public comment period, the agency said.
