2nd Circ. Sinks Website Exec's $2B Suit Against SEC

Law360, New York (December 23, 2010, 3:41 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed a ruling of summary judgment that ended an e-commerce entrepreneur's $2 billion lawsuit that claimed the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission suppressed evidence, interfered with an initial public offering and intimidated witnesses as the agency investigated him.
