Labor & Employment Regulation To Watch In 2011

Law360 (December 27, 2010, 3:28 PM EST) -- While the chances are slim that Congress will move forward on labor and employment legislation in 2011, regulatory changes that would pose significant challenges for employers could be on the horizon, attorneys say.

"I don't think you're going to see as much legislation as you're going to see administrative or regulatory efforts to achieve the goals of President Obama's labor and employment agenda," said Seth Borden, a partner at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP.
