GM To Recall 110,000 Vehicles Over Air Bags, Axles

Law360, New York (December 23, 2010, 7:08 PM EST) -- General Motors Corp. on Thursday announced plans to recall 109,000 Cadillac CTS vehicles worldwide due to potential defects involving passenger air bags and another 1,200 trucks with a possible rear axle problem.

The CTS recall marks the second time that GM has had to call back those vehicles over a faulty system that could disable passenger air bags even when passengers are present.
