Roberts Issues Call To Arms On Judicial Vacancies

Law360, New York (January 3, 2011, 1:34 PM EST) -- U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts is calling on Congress to fix what he describes as urgent, long-term problems in the judicial confirmation process, the politicization of which has hamstrung federal benches nationwide and left fewer judges to tackle more cases.
