Kyocera, Sony Sued Over Audible Caller ID Patents

Law360, New York (January 4, 2011, 3:22 PM EST) -- Technology company ClassCo Inc. has accused several units of Kyocera Corp. and Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB of infringing its patents for an audible caller identification system.

New Hampshire-based ClassCo filed the suit Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, naming Kyocera and Sony Ericsson Mobile and several of their units as defendants, along with Pantech Co. Ltd. and Personal Communications Devices LLC.
