Law360, New York (April 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Connecticut’s Supreme Court has rejected a bid to keep a lid on internal reports stemming from a probe of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. Inc.'s former chief executive, which were submitted to the state’s attorney general during an investigation into possible antitrust violations.
