Alcoa, Ford, Others To Pay $14M For Ind. Cleanup

Law360, New York (January 3, 2011, 7:12 PM EST) -- Alcoa Inc., CSX Transportation Inc., Ford Motor Co. and 10 others have agreed to collectively pay more than $14 million to help fund the cleanup of contaminated soil and groundwater at a former oil-reprocessing operation in northwest Indiana.
