Outstanding Women: Kathryn M. Fenton

Law360 (April 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Kathryn M. Fenton has been practicing antitrust law for over 25 years and she’s still taking on challenging cases and organizational positions. In fact, thanks to her current role as chair-elect of the American Bar Association’s Section of Antitrust Law, she has recently found herself busier than ever.

An active member of the ABA, Fenton was elected vice-chair of the section in August 2005, served as chair-elect since 2006 and is set to become the fourth woman in 55 years to chair the section this August....
