Feds Defend Use Of E-Mails In $200M Lancer Case

Law360, New York (January 5, 2011, 3:01 PM EST) -- Federal prosecutors have ripped Lancer Group fund manager Michael Lauer's objections to e-mails and other correspondence they plan to use to link him to a $200 million investment scam, saying the evidence establishes the wider breadth of the alleged conspiracy.
