First Lady Taps Former Skadden Atty As Chief Of Staff

Law360 (January 5, 2011, 6:23 PM EST) -- Tina Tchen, a former corporate litigation partner in the Chicago office of Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP, has been picked to serve as first lady Michelle Obama's chief of staff, the White House announced Wednesday.
