DOL's Bridge To Justice A Road To Nowhere, Attys Say

Law360, New York (February 17, 2011, 7:01 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Labor's recently launched Bridge To Justice program will lead to an uptick in wage-and-hour claims, but ultimately will not benefit the workers it is intended to help, attorneys say.
