Obama Retaps Rodriguez To Head DOL Division

Law360 (January 6, 2011, 1:04 PM EST) -- President Barack Obama has renominated veteran prosecutor Leon Rodriguez to head the Wage and Hour Division at the U.S. Department of Labor, a sign the White House is continuing its crackdown on labor law violations.

The White House sent Rodriguez’s name to the U.S. Senate on Wednesday, along with a slew of other picks for posts in his administration, including his nominee for deputy attorney general.
