Lilly, Xanodyne Hid Darvocet Risks, Suit Says

Law360, New York (January 7, 2011, 4:09 PM EST) -- The parents of a woman who suffered a fatal heart attack after taking the painkiller Darvocet — which was later pulled from U.S. shelves — have accused Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Eli Lilly & Co. of concealing knowledge of the drug's defects.
