3 Plead Guilty To UK Insider Trading Plot

Law360, New York (January 10, 2011, 3:31 PM EST) -- A former Dresdner Kleinwort banker, his wife and a family friend have pled guilty in a British court to eight counts of insider trading in a scheme that allegedly netted the trio £590,000 ($920,000).

Christian Littlewood, a senior investment banker who had worked for Dresdner and English brokerage firm Shore Capital Group Ltd., pled guilty in London's Southwark Crown Court to charges of engaging in insider deals on several London Stock Exchange and AIM-listed shares between 2000 and 2008, the U.K.'s Financial Services Authority announced Monday....
