Exonerated Male Employees Accuse Pepsi Of Sex Bias

Law360, New York (January 11, 2011, 3:11 PM EST) -- A group of current and former PepsiCo Inc. employees is alleging the company engaged in reverse sex discrimination when it did not reinstate them with full back pay and benefits after they were cleared of a co-worker's sexual harassment claims.

Pepsi holds men to a different standard when investigating allegations of sexual harassment than it does women, the four plaintiffs said in a complaint filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
