Hill Staffers Talk IP Shake-Up In New Congress

Law360, New York (January 11, 2011, 2:06 PM EST) -- Congressional legal advisers said Tuesday they expected to see legislative action in 2011 on patent reform, online counterfeiting and infringement, and performance rights, but remained cautious about the possibility of truly comprehensive new bills.
