Eight IP Attorneys Defect From Bose McKinney For Baker & Daniels

Law360 (September 16, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Eight attorneys have joined Baker & Daniels’s intellectual property practice in the firm’s Indianapolis downtown office from local rival Bose McKinney & Evans LLC.

The three most recent hires, Timothy E. Niednagel, R. Trevor Carter and Robert D. Null, all joined Baker & Daniels as partners.

Before that, a team of five patent lawyers jumped ship from Bose Mckinney to its Indianapolis competitor.
