Fed. Circ. Revives $33M Dickinson IP Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (January 11, 2011, 5:05 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Tuesday remanded a federal judge's dismissal of a $33 million malpractice suit accusing Dickinson Wright PLLC of mismanaging a lacrosse stick patent, saying the court has subject matter jurisdiction because the dispute involves patent law.
