Law360, New York (January 12, 2011, 1:41 PM EST) -- A clean energy advocacy group has asked New Mexico’s high court to reverse a unilateral decision by the state’s new governor to block publication in the state register of greenhouse gas regulations that were adopted during the previous administration.
