Law360, New York (March 22, 2011, 2:41 PM EDT) -- Proponents of the controversial Yucca Mountain nuclear waste repository went before the D.C. Circuit on Tuesday to challenge the U.S. Department of Energy's decision to scrap the project, saying a reviewable, final decision had been made.
