Ex-TMST Execs' Bid For Defense Costs Trimmed

Law360, New York (January 12, 2011, 3:33 PM EST) -- A bankruptcy judge has trimmed two former TMST Inc. executives' bid to recover defense costs for Patton Boggs LLP's work defending them in an adversary case, slashing the amount they can receive from the company's insurer by $48,000.
