6th Circ. Lets Capitol Off Hook In Secrets Suit

Law360 (January 12, 2011, 3:34 PM EST) -- The Sixth Circuit has shut down Industrial Electronics LLC's appeal of a ruling that Capitol Specialty Insurance Corp. has no duty to cover a lawsuit the company faced after one of its workers allegedly breached a confidentiality agreement with his former employer.
