CORRECTED: Some Claims Nixed In TecSec Encryption IP Suit

Law360, New York (January 12, 2011, 8:12 PM EST) -- A federal judge has rejected IBM Corp.’s bid to hold six TecSec Inc. data encryption patents invalid and unenforceable, nixing its affirmative defenses in relation to two patents while allowing invalidity claims regarding four patents to proceed to trial.
