Johnson Stokes & Master Names Rosita Li Partner in IP Practice

Law360, New York (October 10, 2003, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Hong Kong law firm Johnson Stokes & Master said it had appointed Rosita Li to be a partner effective from 1 October 2003.

Ms. Li "has over 10 years experience dealing with both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property and information technology matters including enforcement actions, applications for interlocutory injunctions, executing and defending Anton Piller Orders, filing criminal complaints with the Hong Kong Customs, trade mark oppositions and domain name disputes," the firm said in a statement.
