Ensco Suit Over Drilling Permit Delay Gets Green Light

Law360 (January 14, 2011, 1:28 PM EST) -- A federal judge has declined to dismiss Ensco Offshore Co.'s lawsuit alleging the U.S. government wrongfully delayed issuing permits for deepwater drilling in the Gulf of Mexico, though he refused to make the government immediately process Ensco's pending permits.
