Workman Nydegger Attys Launch IP Boutique In Utah

Law360 (January 14, 2011, 7:47 PM EST) -- Nine attorneys from Workman Nydegger have left the intellectual property firm to launch Utah-based IP boutique Maschoff Gilmore & Israelsen PLLC.

The former Workman attorneys said Friday their new firm would tackle all aspects of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, IP licensing, strategic IP counseling and prelitigation counseling.

"We can't be more excited about it," said Richard Gilmore, one of the new firm's shareholders.
