CIT Approves 2nd Review Of Indian Lined Paper Duties

Law360, New York (January 13, 2011, 6:25 PM EST) -- The U.S Court of International Trade has upheld a 72 percent duty margin on a U.S. importer's shipments of lined paper from India, rejecting the company's claims that the exporter was to blame for not participating in the anti-dumping investigation.

Judge Judith M. Barzilay on Wednesday denied a motion for judgment on the agency record filed by iScholar Inc., affirming the agency's findings in its second administrative review of the anti-dumping duty order on certain lined paper products from India.
