EU, China Seek More Time To Appeal WTO Duty Ruling

Law360, New York (January 14, 2011, 2:19 PM EST) -- The European Union and China have asked the World Trade Organization for more time to appeal a December ruling that faulted the way the EU assesses anti-dumping duties on screws and bolts from China.

On Thursday, the WTO circulated a joint request from the EU and China asking the organization to hold off on adopting the December report and give the parties until March 22 to appeal the mixed decision.
