High Court To Get Shot At Health Care Antitrust Suit

Law360 (January 14, 2011, 3:46 PM EST) -- The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and Highmark Inc. are saying they will ask the U.S. Supreme Court to review a federal appeals court decision to revive a rival health care network's claims that they conspired to protect one another from competition.
