Ford Makes Case In Fed. Circ. For Duty Refunds

Law360, New York (January 14, 2011, 3:16 PM EST) -- Ford Motor Co. tried to convince the Federal Circuit on Friday to revive its failed attempt to recoup import duties the company paid on merchandise it said should have been exempt under the North American Free Trade Agreement.
