Enviro Groups Demand That EPA Finalize Haze Plans

Law360 (January 20, 2011, 5:24 PM EST) -- A coalition of conservation groups has once again taken legal action against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for failing to finalize state implementation plans that would reduce air pollution that causes haze in national parks and wilderness areas.
