Fruit Of The Loom Denied Injunction In Secrets Suit

Law360, New York (January 21, 2011, 4:30 PM EST) -- A federal judge ruled Friday that a former Fruit of the Loom Ltd. employee who allegedly breached a contract by jumping to a rival can continue in his new position while a trade secrets suit against him is litigated.
