Alcoa Asks DC Circ. To Scrap FERC License Denial

Law360, New York (January 24, 2011, 4:59 PM EST) -- Alcoa Power Generating Inc. on Monday made its case to the D.C. Circuit that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission should have granted it a license for a North Carolina hydroelectric project.
