Ecuadoreans Submit Liability Evidence In Chevron Suit

Law360, New York (January 24, 2011, 6:40 PM EST) -- Plaintiffs in landmark environmental litigation accusing Chevron Corp. of contaminating the Amazon rain forest have submitted to an Ecuadorean court evidence they say proves Chevron lied about its cleanup efforts, making it liable for up to $113 billion in damages.
