Appeals Court Reverses Carpal Tunnel Case

Law360, New York (April 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has reversed a lower court's order that dismissed a carpal tunnel lawsuit because the treating physician hadn't filed an expert doctor report in time.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit said in its decision Friday that it was reversing the lower court’s decision to grant summary judgment because an expert report was not required.
