Salmonella, Allergens Drive Safety Tips In 2010: FDA

Law360, New York (January 24, 2011, 4:01 PM EST) -- Food safety complaints received by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration were dominated by instances of salmonella contamination and undeclared allergens and intolerances, according to a snapshot released Monday of the agency's food safety activity during 2010.
