Litigation-Plagued Transocean Shuffles GCs

Law360, New York (January 28, 2011, 6:01 PM EST) -- Transocean Ltd.'s longtime general counsel is out of the top spot, replaced with a British star attorney who last worked for an art auction house, as the company gropes to handle the mass of Deepwater Horizon-related litigation before it.

Nick Deeming, who spent the last three years at Christie International PLC's London office, will assume the general counsel role in early February.
