Litigation-Plagued Transocean Shuffles GCs

Law360 (January 28, 2011, 6:01 PM EST) -- Transocean Ltd.'s longtime general counsel is out of the top spot, replaced with a British star attorney who last worked for an art auction house, as the company gropes to handle the mass of Deepwater Horizon-related litigation before it.
