Objections Slow Approval For Energy Leasing Rule

Law360, New York (January 25, 2011, 6:11 PM EST) -- Following objections to its initial proposal, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement has adopted a more conventional approach in its push to implement a rule aimed at tweaking the offshore renewable energy development leasing process.
