Obama Gets 6-3 Supreme Court Majority At SOTU

Law360, New York (January 25, 2011, 10:23 PM EST) -- Despite recent criticism of U.S. Supreme Court justices' presence at the State of the Union address, Chief Justice John Roberts was one of six of the high court's members in attendance Tuesday night.

However, a year after his infamous “not true” rebuttal to President Barack Obama during the 2010 State of the Union, Justice Samuel Alito was one of three justices to skip the annual speech.
