Ch. 11 Trustee OKs UnXis Bid For SCO Group's Assets

Law360 (January 26, 2011, 3:34 PM EST) -- The Chapter 11 trustee for SCO Group Inc. has chosen UnXis Inc. as the successful bidder for SCO's Unix software business, in a deal that would give SCO $600,000 plus warrants to purchase 3 percent of UnXis's common stock.
