G-I Sues Century For Coverage In NY Housing Suit

Law360, New York (January 26, 2011, 5:23 PM EST) -- G-I Holdings Inc. has alleged Century Indemnity Co. breached its obligations to cover the company in a $500 million asbestos liability case brought by the New York City Housing Authority.

Century has refused to reimburse it for more than $360,000 in legal fees stemming from that claim, lodged against it in bankruptcy court in 2008, according to a complaint filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
