House Panel Absolves Lawmakers In Fundraising Probe

Law360, New York (January 26, 2011, 6:00 PM EST) -- A U.S. House of Representatives panel has cleared three lawmakers of any wrongdoing regarding their fundraising activities around the time the sweeping financial regulatory reform legislation passed last year, after finding the timing of the solicitations was within ethical guidelines.
