1st Circ. Revives Enviro Suit Against Shell Licensee

Law360 (January 27, 2011, 1:28 PM EST) -- The First Circuit has resurrected a suit accusing a Shell Oil Co. licensee of failing to clean up benzene and other hazardous substances at a Puerto Rico service station, finding that a lower court improperly abstained from the spat.
