Obama Taps 4th Circ., District Court Nominees

Law360, New York (January 27, 2011, 4:32 PM EST) -- The White House has nominated a South Carolina federal judge to fill a U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit vacancy, along with six other nominees for district courts in New York, Texas, Georgia and the Mariana Islands.
