Harleysville Contests Builder Contract Suit Coverage

Law360, New York (January 27, 2011, 4:06 PM EST) -- Harleysville Insurance Co. has launched a suit asserting it should not have to provide coverage for a North Dakota developer facing a breach of contract action alleging problems with an aeration system it installed for a Montana city.

The insurer lodged its declaratory judgment complaint in the U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota on Wednesday against Martin Construction Inc., the company’s owner and the city of Wolf Point, Mont.
