Importer Sues For Share Of Duties On Chinese Furniture

Law360, New York (January 28, 2011, 5:22 PM EST) -- Furniture Brands International Inc. was unlawfully excluded from receiving distributed duties on Chinese wooden bedroom sets, the company has alleged in a First Amendment suit against the U.S. International Trade Commission and U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
